This policy applies Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. The supervisory authority is the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPDP).

For visitors located in the European Union, we also apply the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data collected

Only the data you enter in the contact or quote form: name, email, phone, city, request type, message and, where applicable, your calculator answers.

No data is sent until you have ticked the consent box and submitted the form.

Purpose

To answer your request and prepare a quote. Your data is never sold, rented or used for advertising.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box before submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then for no more than [period to be confirmed] after our last exchange.

Recipients and hosting

Only the WECOENERGY team has access to your data. The website is hosted by Netlify (United States) and messages are sent through an email delivery service. To block automated submissions, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, loaded only when you start filling it in. These transfers outside Algeria are subject to the conditions of Law No. 18-07 [to be confirmed by the lawyer].

Audience measurement and cookies

This website uses no advertising cookies. Anonymous audience measurement is only enabled with your consent, given in the banner provided. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed at any time via the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page.
