How many panels do I need?
The number of panels depends on three things: your annual consumption, how much sun your site gets, and the share of consumption you want to cover.
Run the numbers with my figuresPanels ≈ (annual consumption × share covered) ÷ (panel power × annual output per kWp)
Fictitious example: for 6,000 kWh a year, covering 70%, you would need about 5 panels of 550 Wp, i.e. 2.8 kWp.

Depending on your site, other solutions such as solar water heating can be studied during the audit. We only recommend what pays off for you.
