The website is free to access. WECOENERGY may change or suspend it, in particular for maintenance.

Calculator results are indicative estimates subject to an on-site survey. They are neither a quote nor a commitment from WECOENERGY.

The website content is protected. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

Terms of sale

Scope

These terms apply to WECOENERGY services: energy audits, costing, supply and installation of equipment, maintenance and site management.

Quotes and orders

Every service is covered by a detailed written quote. An order becomes firm once the quote is signed [and the agreed deposit is paid — to be confirmed].

Prices and payment

Prices are stated in Algerian dinars (DZD). The quote shows amounts before and including taxes, and the payment schedule [terms to be confirmed].

Lead times

Lead times are stated in the quote. They may depend on equipment availability and site access conditions.

Handover and warranties

Works are formally handed over to the client. Equipment is covered by the statutory warranties provided under Algerian law, including Law No. 09-03 on consumer protection and fraud prevention, as well as manufacturer warranties [durations to be specified].

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Algerian law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the courts of Algiers shall have jurisdiction [to be confirmed].
